About Us
Working for an inclusive space for women
Women in Leadership (WiL) is a student-led organization designed to provide a space for women and their allies to share their experiences in leadership. To create this space, WiL hosts community activities like roundtable discussions for students as well as speaker panels and workshops for participants to develop their leadership skills. WiL seeks to empower students and create a community within the university by connecting students and community leaders with the ultimate goal of enabling women to achieve their leadership potential.
The purpose of WiL is to create a community that is focused on empowerment, education, and accessibility of information and to address and minimize barriers that face marginalized groups when exercising and accessing leadership.
